The Annex adds extra covered space right beside your vehicle, giving you shade, shelter, and room to relax. It connects seamlessly to the NexTop rooftop tent for easy setup and a weatherproof fit.

Our rooftop tent is designed to fit most vehicles. To use it safely, your vehicle needs a roof rack, and both the roof and rack must support at least 450 lbs of dynamic weight (depending on the weight of the occupants). This ensures safe and secure installation.

NexTop rooftop tents ship via freight, with a flat fee of $100 to most locations in the contiguous US. Extra shipping costs may apply to locations requiring special delivery options. You may cancel your RTT order at any time before it has shipped and receive a full refund, minus a 3.5% cancellation fee.

For 2 years from the date of purchase, NexTop will replace (at our discretion) defective parts at no cost to the customer. NexTop will provide replacement parts, but the customer is responsible for installation. This warranty applies only to customers who purchased directly from an authorized NexTop dealer and does not cover second-hand purchases. Proof of purchase must be submitted with any warranty claim.

Our warranty does not cover the following:

• Punctures, holes, or deflation of inflatable components
• UV damage to fabric or other materials
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes occurring from use (including but not limited to fabric discoloration, scratches, or dents)
• Damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse, or improper installation
• Damage caused by acts of nature (including but not limited to storms or high winds)
• Aesthetic changes that do not affect general operation
• Any repairs or modifications made by the customer without prior written authorization from NexTop
  

Release of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement
By purchasing or using the NexTop rooftop tent, you acknowledge and agree that camping, climbing, and related outdoor activities inherently involve risk of serious injury or death. You voluntarily assume all such risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and the safety of any person using the tent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NexTop, its owners, employees, agents, distributors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to the use, misuse, transport, installation, or removal of the rooftop tent, including but not limited to claims involving personal injury, death, or property damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
