No cash value

Bulk Savings Terms

EarthOnMall may offer cart-level bulk savings on eligible products. Bulk savings are intended to help customers save when purchasing multiple eligible nicotine replacement therapy product boxes or other qualifying items in one cart.

Eligibility

Bulk savings apply only to products designated by EarthOnMall as eligible. Not every product, brand, size, strength, flavor, format, subscription option, sale item, bundle, or collection qualifies. Eligibility may be determined by product settings, product availability, promotion rules, subscription availability, collection assignment, checkout configuration, or other store rules.

Mixing eligible products

When available, eligible products may be mixed in one cart to reach the applicable quantity tier. For example, eligible nicotine patches, gum, and lozenges may count together when the promotion is configured to allow mixed-cart savings.

Tier calculation

2+ eligible boxes	May unlock 5% savings on eligible products.
4+ eligible boxes	May unlock 10% savings on eligible products.
6+ eligible boxes	May unlock 15% savings on eligible products.
8+ eligible boxes	May unlock 18% savings on eligible products.
10+ eligible boxes	May unlock 20% savings on eligible products.

Checkout controls

Savings previews shown on product cards, quiz results, banners, or other website areas are estimates only. The final discount, if any, is calculated at checkout or cart according to active promotion settings. If the checkout total differs from an estimate, the checkout total controls.

Exclusions and limits

• Non-eligible products do not count toward eligible quantity thresholds unless expressly stated.
• Discounts may apply only to eligible products, not necessarily the entire cart.
• Bulk savings may not combine with all coupon codes, automatic discounts, subscription savings, sale prices, bundles, gifts, or other offers.
• EarthOnMall may limit quantities, exclude products, modify tiers, or end the promotion where permitted by law.
• Returns, cancellations, partial refunds, exchanges, or order adjustments may reduce or remove the promotional savings originally applied.

Abuse and misuse

EarthOnMall may deny, limit, cancel, or adjust bulk savings where we reasonably believe the promotion is being misused, manipulated, exploited, applied through a technical error, used for unauthorized resale, or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms of Service.

Subscriptions and Purchase Options

EarthOnMall may offer subscription, recurring order, Subscribe & Save, prepaid, automatic renewal, or other purchase options for certain products. When you choose a purchase option, you agree to the terms shown during selection and checkout, including product, price, billing frequency, delivery frequency, renewal timing, cancellation method, and any applicable savings.

Authorization for recurring charges

By selecting a subscription or recurring purchase option, you authorize EarthOnMall and its payment or subscription service providers to charge your selected payment method for recurring orders according to the schedule, price, and terms shown at checkout, until the subscription is canceled, paused, expired, changed, or otherwise ended.

Price, product, and availability changes

Subscription pricing, product availability, taxes, shipping options, discounts, delivery timing, product packaging, product count, and product details may change over time. Managing subscriptions

Cancellation timing
