Your order-status link is already in your email.

For launch, this is the most reliable way to access Shopify’s native order status page without building a separate private order lookup system.

Search your inbox for EarthOnMall.

Look for your order confirmation email first. If the order has shipped, also look for a shipping confirmation email.

Open “View order status.”

The order status link shows your Shopify order page. If tracking has been added, the page can show shipping and tracking details.

Use the carrier link when available.

After the package ships, the shipping email may include a tracking number and carrier link. Tracking can take time to update after a label is created.

Have a tracking number? Check directly with the carrier.

Carrier pages usually show the most detailed scan history once the package is moving. Tracking may say “label created” before the carrier receives the package.

These answers help customers understand what to expect before and after a package ships.

Can I enter my order number on this page?
Not yet. For launch, this page uses Shopify’s native order status links, your customer account, shipping emails, and carrier tracking pages. That keeps order data private without requiring a custom order lookup backend.
Where is my order status link?
Your order status link is in your order confirmation email. If your order has shipped, your shipping confirmation email may also include a tracking number and carrier link.
Why does tracking say “label created”?
“Label created” usually means the shipping label has been generated, but the carrier may not have scanned the package yet. Tracking can take time to update after pickup or carrier processing.
Tracking says delivered, but I do not have the package. What should I do?
Check your mailbox, porch, side doors, parcel lockers, mailroom, front desk, neighbors, and household members. Carriers can sometimes mark a package delivered shortly before final placement. If you still cannot find it, contact the carrier and EarthOnMall support.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact support as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, the team may be able to help. Once a package is with the carrier, address changes may be limited.
Why did I receive an order confirmation but no tracking yet?
Order confirmation means the order was received. Tracking usually becomes available after the order is processed, packed, fulfilled, and assigned a tracking number.
Do subscription orders get tracking too?
Yes. When a Subscribe & Save order ships and tracking is added, you should receive shipment information just like a regular order.
