This Shipping Policy explains how EarthOnMall processes, dispatches, ships, tracks, and handles delivery-related issues for orders placed through our online store.

Overview

This Shipping Policy is part of the terms that apply when you place an order with EarthOnMall. By placing an order through our online store, you agree that your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered according to this policy and the information shown at checkout.

Shipping options, shipping availability, order totals, delivery estimates, taxes, and any shipping-related charges are shown during checkout before you submit your order. If anything in this policy conflicts with a specific shipping option or delivery term shown at checkout, the checkout terms for that specific order will control to the extent of the conflict.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time you place your order applies to that order, unless a change is required by law, carrier rule, payment processor requirement, or platform requirement.

Same-day dispatch means we aim to process and hand eligible orders to a carrier the same business day when the order qualifies. It does not mean same-day delivery.

Same-Day Dispatch

EarthOnMall offers same-day dispatch for eligible orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on eligible business days, subject to payment authorization, inventory availability, order review, address validation, carrier availability, system availability, and any applicable legal or operational restrictions.

Same-day dispatch cutoff

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time may qualify for same-day dispatch.
  • Orders placed at or after the cutoff time may be processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or carrier-observed non-business days may be processed the next business day.
  • High order volume, weather, platform issues, payment review, inventory review, or carrier limitations may affect dispatch timing.

Business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, carrier-observed holidays, and any other day when our fulfillment operations or the applicable carrier are unavailable.

Orders requiring review

Some orders may require additional review before dispatch. Review may include payment verification, fraud-prevention screening, address review, product availability review, order quantity review, subscription review, or other operational checks. If we require additional information, we may contact you using the email address, phone number, or other contact information provided at checkout.

Shipping-time commitments

We make reasonable efforts to meet the processing and dispatch timeframes stated on our website and at checkout. If we cannot ship an order within the stated time or within the timeframe required by applicable law, we may contact you with an update, seek your consent to a revised shipping time, cancel the affected item or order, or issue a refund as required by applicable law.

Free Delivery

EarthOnMall offers free delivery on eligible orders when free delivery is shown at checkout. Free delivery availability may depend on destination, carrier availability, order type, product availability, order value, promotional terms, subscription status, or other checkout conditions.

If a paid shipping option, special shipping method, surcharge, or other delivery charge is shown at checkout, the checkout total will control for that order. We do not guarantee that every order, destination, or shipping method will qualify for free delivery.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates are estimates only unless a shipping option expressly states otherwise. Estimated delivery windows begin after dispatch, not necessarily when the order is placed. Carrier scans and tracking updates may not appear immediately after dispatch.

Free delivery conditions

  • Free delivery applies only when shown and available at checkout.
  • Free delivery may use the carrier or service level selected by EarthOnMall or its fulfillment partner.
  • Free delivery does not guarantee expedited transit, same-day delivery, or delivery by a specific date.
  • Free delivery may not be available for every address, destination, product, order type, or promotional condition.

Delivery timing

Final delivery timing may be affected by the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, high shipping volume, local delivery conditions, address issues, building access, customs or regulatory review when applicable, and events outside our control.

Order Processing

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, or another contact method available through checkout. An order confirmation means we received your order request; it does not guarantee acceptance, shipment, inventory availability, price availability, or delivery.

Order acceptance

EarthOnMall reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, limit, or review any order before shipment, including orders that appear incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, unusually large, improperly priced, unavailable, restricted, or otherwise inconsistent with our store policies, platform requirements, carrier requirements, payment processor requirements, or applicable law.

Inventory availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep product availability accurate. However, inventory may change before an order is fulfilled. If an item is unavailable, delayed, discontinued, restricted, or cannot be fulfilled, we may contact you, cancel the item, cancel the order, offer an alternative when appropriate, or issue a refund.

Order changes and cancellations before shipment

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment preparation. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our return and refund policy.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we may send tracking information by email, SMS, customer account notification, or another checkout-supported method. Tracking availability depends on the carrier, shipping method, and fulfillment status.

Tracking updates

  • Tracking may take time to appear after a label is created.
  • A tracking number may show “label created” before the carrier completes its first scan.
  • Carrier scans may be delayed or skipped during high volume, weather disruptions, or transit handoffs.
  • Delivery status is based on carrier records and scan events.

Marked delivered but not received

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, first check the delivery area, mailbox, package room, front desk, building office, household members, neighbors, and any safe place where the carrier may have left the package. If the package is still missing, contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can review the issue.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. This includes apartment, suite, unit, floor, building, company, mailroom, gate, access, or special delivery details when applicable.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

EarthOnMall is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, returns to sender, carrier holds, lost packages, or additional costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

Address changes

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to help if the order has not yet entered fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee address changes after an order is submitted.

Returned-to-sender packages

If a package is returned to sender because of address issues, failed delivery attempts, refusal, non-pickup, or carrier inability to deliver, we may contact you to determine available options. Depending on the circumstances, options may include reshipment, refund of eligible product amounts, or cancellation, subject to our policies and any applicable costs.

Carrier Delays and Events Outside Our Control

After an order is dispatched, delivery is handled by the applicable carrier. EarthOnMall is not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery estimates, weather delays, natural disasters, labor disruptions, transportation disruptions, holiday volume, customs or regulatory review when applicable, local access issues, incorrect carrier scans, or other events outside our direct control.

We will make reasonable efforts to help you review tracking information and determine available next steps when a shipment appears delayed, but we cannot guarantee a carrier delivery date unless a specific guarantee is expressly provided in writing for your order.

Delay notices and customer options

If an order cannot be shipped within the timeframe stated at checkout or within the timeframe required by applicable law, we may provide a delay notice, revised timing, cancellation option, refund option, or other remedy required by applicable law.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package appears lost, damaged, missing, tampered with, or incorrectly delivered, contact us promptly with your order number, tracking number, shipping address, and a description of the issue.

Information we may request

  • Photos of damaged packaging or damaged items.
  • Photos of the shipping label or outer package.
  • Carrier tracking details.
  • Confirmation of the shipping address used at checkout.
  • Any delivery notice, carrier message, or building/mailroom information.

Review and resolution

Resolution options depend on the carrier records, product condition, shipping status, timing of your report, available inventory, and the specific circumstances of the shipment. Where appropriate, we may help initiate carrier review, offer replacement, issue refund, provide store credit, or take another action consistent with our policies and applicable law.

Damaged items

Please do not discard damaged packaging or products until the issue has been reviewed, as photos or packaging may be needed for carrier or fulfillment review.

Restricted, Unavailable, or Refused Orders

Some orders may be restricted, unavailable, or refused because of destination limitations, carrier limitations, product availability, payment review, fraud-prevention controls, order quantity review, product-specific requirements, platform rules, payment processor rules, or applicable law.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that cannot be lawfully or practically fulfilled. If we cancel an order before shipment, we will issue any required refund to the original payment method or otherwise as required by applicable payment processing rules.

Unavailable destinations

Available shipping destinations are shown during checkout. If checkout does not allow shipment to a destination, we may not currently ship to that destination.

Product restrictions

Certain products may be subject to product-specific restrictions, carrier rules, manufacturer availability, or other fulfillment limitations. If a restriction applies to your order, we may contact you, cancel the affected item, cancel the order, or issue a refund where appropriate.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may ship in more than one package or from more than one fulfillment location. If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number and packages may arrive on different days.

Subscription and Recurring Orders

If you purchase a subscription or recurring delivery option, each scheduled order may be processed according to the subscription terms shown at checkout and any applicable purchase options cancellation policy.

Subscription shipping dates, billing dates, order creation dates, and delivery estimates may differ. Updating, pausing, canceling, or changing a subscription may not affect an order that has already been billed, processed, or prepared for shipment.

Bulk Savings and Shipping

Bulk savings, when available, are calculated separately from shipping availability and shipping timing. Bulk savings may apply to eligible products in the cart and may be calculated at checkout according to the applicable promotion terms.

Bulk savings eligibility does not guarantee expedited shipping, same-day delivery, inventory availability, or shipment by a specific carrier.

The checkout page is the final source for shipping options, delivery methods, taxes, order totals, and any applicable shipping charges for the specific order. Please review all checkout information before submitting your order.
