Overview

This Price Match Guarantee explains how EarthOnMall reviews eligible price match requests for select products. If a product displays a Price Match Guarantee notice, EarthOnMall may match a qualifying lower price before purchase or up to 7 calendar days after purchase, subject to this policy.

Price match requests are not automatic. Each request must be submitted with enough information for EarthOnMall to verify the lower price, the competing retailer, the product match, availability, timing, and eligibility under this policy.

This policy applies only to EarthOnMall purchases and does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law. It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

We review eligible lower-price requests before purchase and up to 7 calendar days after purchase. Approved pre-purchase requests are handled with a single-use discount code or checkout instructions. Approved post-purchase requests are handled by partial refund or store credit when applicable.

How It Works

The Price Match Guarantee is designed to help customers shop confidently when EarthOnMall displays the guarantee on a product. To qualify, the lower price must be from a legitimate retailer, shown on a live product page, publicly available, in stock, and for the exact same new product.

Before purchase Submit a request before placing your order. If approved, EarthOnMall may provide a single-use discount code or checkout instructions for the eligible product.
After purchase Submit a request within 7 calendar days after the order date. If approved, EarthOnMall may issue a partial refund to the original payment method or store credit when appropriate.
Required proof A live competitor product page URL showing the lower price, retailer name, product details, and in-stock availability.
Product match The competitor item must match the EarthOnMall product exactly, including brand, format, strength, flavor, count, package type, and product identifier when available.

Eligible Products

The Price Match Guarantee applies only to products where EarthOnMall displays a Price Match Guarantee notice, badge, tooltip, or other clear price match message at the time of purchase or at the time the request is submitted.

Selected products only

Not every EarthOnMall product is eligible. Products without a displayed Price Match Guarantee notice are not covered unless EarthOnMall expressly approves the request in writing.

Exact product requirement

The lower-priced product must be the same product as the EarthOnMall product. EarthOnMall may require a matching brand, manufacturer, product format, nicotine strength or dosage, flavor, count, package size, package type, UPC, NDC, SKU, model number, or other product identifier when available.

  • Same brand or manufacturer.
  • Same product format, such as gum, patch, lozenge, or other applicable format.
  • Same strength, step, dosage, or active ingredient amount when applicable.
  • Same flavor, variety, package count, and quantity.
  • Same retail condition: new, unopened, unused, and non-expired.
  • Same seller type: legitimate retailer and not an unauthorized or unverifiable third-party listing.

What Qualifies as a Lower Price

A qualifying lower price must be publicly available, live, verifiable, and offered by a legitimate retailer for the exact same eligible product.

Eligible retailer standard

EarthOnMall may consider lower prices from recognized U.S. online retailers, official brand or manufacturer stores, major pharmacy retailers, health retailers, or other legitimate retail sellers that clearly show the product, seller identity, price, and availability.

Live page requirement

The lower price must appear on a live product page that EarthOnMall can review. Screenshots alone are not enough unless EarthOnMall requests them or approves them as supporting evidence.

Availability requirement

The competing product must be in stock and available for purchase at the lower price when EarthOnMall reviews the request. Out-of-stock listings, unavailable listings, expired offers, and listings that cannot be added to cart may be denied.

Price comparison basis

EarthOnMall generally compares the publicly advertised product price before taxes, shipping, handling, optional protection plans, financing charges, or other optional services. EarthOnMall may consider mandatory fees, shipping charges, membership requirements, or other conditions when needed to determine whether the lower price is a fair and comparable retail offer.

What Does Not Qualify

EarthOnMall may deny a price match request if the lower price is not a clean, public, verifiable retail price for the exact same product.

Excluded offers

  • Prices from auction sites, classifieds, peer-to-peer marketplaces, liquidation sites, or unverifiable sellers.
  • Third-party marketplace listings unless EarthOnMall determines the seller is legitimate and the listing is comparable.
  • Out-of-stock, backordered, unavailable, expired, or region-restricted listings.
  • Used, open-box, damaged-box, refurbished, expired, near-expiration, sample, trial-size, counterfeit, gray-market, or unauthorized resale products.
  • Coupon codes, rebates, cashback, rewards points, gift card offers, loyalty credits, store credits, financing offers, or mail-in offers.
  • Subscription-only prices, auto-delivery prices, membership-only prices, employee discounts, student discounts, military discounts, insurance discounts, private discount programs, or healthcare plan prices.
  • Bulk pricing, bundle pricing, BOGO offers, free gift offers, multi-buy offers, closeout prices, clearance prices, liquidation prices, or limited-quantity flash sales.
  • Prices caused by obvious typographical, technical, cart, advertising, or checkout errors.
  • Prices that cannot be independently verified by EarthOnMall at the time of review.

Stacking exclusions

Price match adjustments do not automatically combine with other EarthOnMall discounts, coupon codes, bulk savings, Subscribe & Save pricing, subscription discounts, loyalty offers, bundles, gifts, special promotions, or other price adjustments unless EarthOnMall expressly approves the combination.

Approved pre-purchase price match requests may be fulfilled through a single-use discount code or checkout adjustment instructions for the eligible product.

Before Purchase Price Match Requests

If you find a qualifying lower price before placing your EarthOnMall order, submit a price match request before checkout. If approved, EarthOnMall may provide a single-use discount code or checkout instructions that adjust the eligible product price.

Pre-purchase approval does not reserve inventory

Approval of a pre-purchase price match request does not guarantee inventory, shipping availability, delivery timing, or continued product availability. The product must still be available when you place the order.

Discount code rules

Pre-purchase discount codes may be limited by customer, product, quantity, time period, cart contents, and checkout conditions. Codes may expire, may be single-use, and may not combine with other discounts unless EarthOnMall approves otherwise.

Checkout controls

The final checkout total controls. If a code does not apply, appears incorrect, or conflicts with another promotion, contact EarthOnMall before placing the order.

Approved post-purchase price match requests submitted within 7 calendar days after purchase may be handled through a partial refund to the original payment method or store credit when appropriate.

After Purchase Price Match Requests

If you purchase an eligible product from EarthOnMall and find a qualifying lower price within 7 calendar days after the order date, submit a request using the form below.

Timing

The request must be submitted within 7 calendar days after the purchase date shown on your EarthOnMall order confirmation. Requests submitted after the 7-day window may be denied.

Approved adjustment method

Approved post-purchase price matches are generally issued as a partial refund to the original payment method. If a refund to the original payment method is unavailable, impractical, or not supported by the payment processor, EarthOnMall may issue store credit where permitted.

Refund amount

The approved adjustment is generally limited to the verified price difference for the eligible product quantity purchased from EarthOnMall. Taxes, shipping, handling, optional services, payment fees, and other charges may be excluded unless EarthOnMall determines they should be included to make the comparison fair.

Submit a live retailer page showing the lower price. If screenshots or additional proof are needed, EarthOnMall may request them by email.

Use this form to request a price match review. Provide complete information so EarthOnMall can verify the product, price, retailer, availability, timing, and eligibility.

Review Process

EarthOnMall reviews submitted requests based on the information provided and the competitor page available at the time of review. We may approve, deny, request additional information, or offer a different resolution depending on the facts of the request.

What we review

  • Whether the EarthOnMall product displays the Price Match Guarantee.
  • Whether the competitor product is the exact same product.
  • Whether the competitor is a legitimate retailer.
  • Whether the competitor page is live, public, in stock, and available for purchase.
  • Whether the lower price is a qualifying price under this policy.
  • Whether the request was submitted within the applicable time window.
  • Whether the request attempts to stack excluded discounts, offers, or promotions.

Expected response time

EarthOnMall aims to review price match requests within 2 business days. Review may take longer if additional information is needed, if the competitor page changes, or if order/payment review is required.

Additional proof

EarthOnMall may request screenshots, order details, product identifiers, packaging details, or other documentation by email. Failure to provide requested information may result in denial of the request.

Policy Limits

EarthOnMall may limit price match requests to reasonable household quantities, deny requests that appear fraudulent or abusive, and refuse requests that do not satisfy this policy.

Quantity limits

Approved price match adjustments are limited to the eligible quantity purchased from EarthOnMall or the quantity EarthOnMall approves before purchase. EarthOnMall may limit approvals to reasonable household quantities.

Changes and cancellation

EarthOnMall may change, suspend, or discontinue the Price Match Guarantee at any time. Changes will not affect approved requests already issued unless required by law, payment processor rules, platform rules, fraud review, or a correction of error.

Errors and misuse

EarthOnMall may deny or reverse a price match adjustment if it was issued because of a technical error, pricing error, fraudulent request, inaccurate information, misuse, or a violation of this policy.

This Price Match Guarantee is intended to explain EarthOnMall’s price match review standards and customer-facing procedures. It does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
