I have been ordering this product for a year - they changed the gum -flavor and consistency

I bought the Quitine mint first for my nephew and he really liked it so he wanted to try the fruit next. He LOVES the fruit and said he keeps them both on hand now. He says you can’t go wrong with either and if you like having a variety, get them both.

I have been a Cigar and Pipe smokers for decades, but on my recent stay in the VA hospital they gave me nicotine gum, 4 mg.I found this Quiet Time Brand here, Turns out to be a nice affordable substitute for smoking 1 to 2 $5 cigar every day, I prefer the mint.While I'll still enjoy a cigar or my pipe in the mornings, this Quiet Time 4mg Nicotine gum is very satisfying through out the day.I like the 4 mg gum because I can chew the coated gum a half at a time.Releasing the entire 4mg's burns my mouth, but biting off half and waiting a few minutes before chewing the second half delivers a good satisfying experience. Highly Recommend.

This product didn't have the inactive ingredients pictured. The text description listing these ingredients didn't mention d&c yellow #10.First of all, why are you coloring chewing gum with yellow? After chewing for some time, my saliva turns yellow... There's no way this is good for your teeth.Yellow 10 is an endocrine disruptor. Why even put this in?I'm just looking for a natural / clean source of low dose nicotine. I ended up finding some lozenges (not on amazon) that fit the bill.

I have been using Quitine nicotine gums as part of my smoking cessation process, and I must say that they have been quite a useful support. This product contains 4 mg of nicotine per serving, in the form of polonaisrilex nicotine, which helps reduce cigarette cravings and withdrawal symptoms.

I love the way this gum tastes. I have had a lot of different kinds of the generic nicotine gum. And this is by far my favorite!!! It is a good value. The only thing I don’t like is the color. The 4mg is a yellowish color and so it makes your tongue and probably teeth after a while yellow as well. The flavor lasts as long as any of the other ones and always tastes fresh. The 2 mg is white and tastes great as well, the flavor just doesn’t last as long. The price has gone up and these aren’t as good as the Amazon brand.

Quitine coated mint I was paying few dollars less for only 160 pieces Equate brand this you get 240 pieces and tastes same minty as the other brand, flavor is great lasted long, I think from now on I will stick with the Quitine brand. When I compared the 2 looks like there from same Made in Denmark just different name. Im very happy with the order.

Really happy I found this gum. I’ve tried a few brands over the years and this one stands out—mostly because it just works. The mint flavor is clean (not overpowering or weirdly sweet like some others), and it kicks in quick enough to take the edge off when I feel a craving coming on.Also, it’s a nice bonus that the pieces aren’t rock hard or gritty. They’re easy to chew and don’t turn gross halfway through.I’m using this as part of a plan to gradually cut down, and the 2mg option is perfect for where I’m at right now. I like has a good fruity flavor to it and they are easy touse anywhere.They are in individual packs and easy to take with me.I like that they are sugar free and they help me withcravings when I want to smoke. This Quitine nicotine gum is 2mg per piece, and it's like medium strength. The box says that if you light up within the first 30 minutes of waking up that you should use the higher strength 4mg version, but this 2mg version has been working and helping me. I know it takes time, so the fact that this comes with 240 pieces is great. It comes with 24 packs that have 10 pieces of gum in each pack. The gum says it's made in Denmark. Each piece is individually sealed and includes a lot number and expiration date.For the gum itself, it does have a fruity flavor, but it's not as fruity as regular gum. The gum has a hard candy shell on the outside and the gum is fairly firm when chewing it. The flavor lasts less than 30 minutes and the gum starts to fall apart in about an hour. I do feel a slight burning drip in my throat when using it, which reminds me of chewing tobacco or the drip you get when smoking a cigar. It's not unpleasant, but kind of mild and worth noting.

At time of order, this product was $42.84 ($50.40 - 15% coupon) for 240 pieces of gum. That’s a *lot* of gum at a bargain price.In terms of quality, I would be hard-pressed to tell the difference between this gum and the more expensive brands. The mint flavor is good and lasts as long as other brands (although even the most expensive brands lose their flavor pretty quickly).The safety seal on each piece can be annoyingly difficult to remove, but here again, it’s no more annoyingly difficult than other brands.For quality and value, this brand is a bargain; if the 15% coupon remains available, it is a super-bargain.5 stars.

Former smoker here (clean for almost 15 years), never stopped nicotine though, never will, I love it, but the smoking had to go.I've used nicotine mints, gum, and lozengers to stay off the smokes the entire time and this gum is one of the best bargains I've probably seen thus far in terms of quality to price.The pack has 240 pieces for about $42.50 which amounts to about just .18 cents per piece, this is much cheaper than some of the more commonly known brands out there.In terms of taste and quality, this is no different than the more expensive brands, zero.I love the mint flavor, although it does lose taste fairly quickly (as do the more expensive brands), and the nicotine levels are just perfect at 4 mg per piece.The packaging with these are actually better than the more expensive brands which in some cases take a long time to access each piece. These are packaged well, yet still convenient to actually open which was a nice suprise.Overall, incredible value, these are a fantastic and economical way to either quit smoking or to simply enjoy a solid does of nicotine without picking up the smokes, I don't hesitate to recommend these for a second.

Good value for the price.

I'm using these type of gum products for health reasons, which do not include help with cessation of smoking.I find the results to be as described by a popular health practitioner with his own podcast. If readers are looking for how this helps with cessation of smoking, I'm not able to provide that information. I can recommend them for use in the way they are promoted by health practioners on youtube, with the usual cautions; one should check with the own doctor and make sure there are no other health issues or medications which would make this gum product contraindicative. Very expensive. Wallmart brand is same thing at a fraction of the cost. Stupid move on my part.
