Use too long and you might get headaches. Make sure you take it off before bed or you will get nightmares. Other than that it helps to curve your cravings. Make sure you start out with the stronger version before using this one. They call this dosage STEP 3

The design is terrible. They have just a thin circle of tape surrounding the patch--of course it's going to fall out. They usually only last a few hours with me. What a waste. I bought their nicotine patches from probably their main competitor--the entire patch has adhesive on it--works great!

I’m not sure why everyone else isn’t sticking... apply to dry skin. I’ve had mine on for 24 hours and took a shower, still perfectly sticking like I just put it on. No adverse side effects. People complain about dreams but that’s common with this treatment. If you’ve never done patches, then it may be a surprise. Those who have done them should not discount this product based on that. It’s a known and common side effect with patches. If you don’t sleep with them then you are good so put them on as soon as you wake up and then take it off before bed. Simple. My reason for this 1 star review is the strength of this particular box I got. I’ve been on 7 mg for over month now so that’s why I got another box. This box feels like nothing. My cravings are more now which shouldn’t be the case. Normally I get the 14 mg and cut them in half to get the 7 mg for a better price than buying the 7 mg boxes... I’m going to go back to doing that. 1. Because the strength feels off on this box 2. Because it cuts the price in half if you cut them in half and do it that way.... anyway I hope this helps for anyone.

For the parents.. My daughter got hooked on vaping. She tried quitting by herself off & on for a while. I bought her step 2 and 3 and she is free of vaping She said she couldn’t quit without these Habitrol patches.

These work great. Better than others I have tried. Sticks well the entire 24 hours. Comfortable and don't even remember I am wearing them.

Used step 1 2 and now 3 this product does work. But you need to be motivated to quit. I vaped heavily but this program made it possible to quit. And I don’t get a rash/itch like I did with competitive brands.

They do not stay stuck to the skin. The 21mg and the 14mg stuck fine. The 7mg are smaller and don't stay put.

These do NOT stick. I've done as the instructions say, I rub and hold it for 20 seconds at application and less than 1/2 way through the day, they come so loose, that there is no way I'm getting anything out of them.

Didn't work. The patches fell off within a few hours of applying no matter where I stuck them, always on a clean and dry spot. And even when held on with duct tape they simply didn't work. I didn't try to return them, I actually brought them to a lab to see if there was actual nicotine in the patches.

I've used this brand for 14 mg and 7 mg as well as the Nicorette and I can definitely tell the difference. These didn't stay on well, even after applying rubbing alcohol before. Also, I could tell I was craving much more than when I use Nicorette. Obviously, these are the cheaper buy, but you get what you pay for.

Got these for my husband (who is now nicotine free!). He didn't like this brand because they fell off constantly.

Urges were eliminated from the first day. have not had a cigarette for 62 days and feeling well. Very glad I did the program. Have recommended it to several friends.

Much cheaper than other brands and they stick. I even cut some in half towards the end of the treatment and they still stuck just fine.

I love these patches. They are tan circles. They do not irritate my skin or make it itch like the Nicoderm patches. It sticks very well.As you progress and the patches get smaller you have no problems with them sticking.

I started using these for a couple of days now. One thing I was informed is don't put the patch in the same spot everyday, so I switch. I don't understand why it falls off for others and mine stays on until I peel it off. 24 hours a day, maybe it is because I don't have sweaty skin. If you have problems keeping a band aid on maybe this product is not for you.

I don’t like that the patch is not clear. Can’t get the backing off very easily.

These patches do not stay on as good as the expensive ones. And I still had an urge to smoke while wearing them as opposed to the other brands

Habitrol makes some great products and this is one of them. I used their lozenges the first time I quit, then after I stupidly got myself re-hooked I decided to try the patches. I really like them. With gum or lozenges, you're still 'doing something' to get your hit and i think that makes it harder to break the habit. With these, I forget that I'm even an addict. I'm using Step 3 now and it's working really well, I'm actually able to get through my workdays.Only downsides are that the adhesive, while better than many other brands, still isn't perfect. You really need to put these in a part of your body that won't sweat much and doesn't bend/move much (for me, my back works great).Second, not sure why they have to be emblazoned with NICOTINE PATCH on the outside. Once reason I went with patches was to be a bit more discreet and that kind of kills that whole thing (another reason I'm using my back as opposed to my upper arm).But all in all great product and the right price, would recommend to anyone.
